Returns and exchanges

We are disappointed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We happily accept postmarked returns within 14 days of the purchase date and we've made returns so easy for you!

Sign into your account.
Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
Select the item(s) you wish to return, provide the reasons and submit them.
Select the delivery method: automatic delivery or collection service (choose the collection address and the information required by post).
The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to collect the package or take the sealed package to the nearest postal point and send it to the Lavabo Marocain return center address.
We will confirm the package immediately after receiving the return, update the return status and refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your wallet or original payment account.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.


Return conditions

We only accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Orders must be delivered. The recipient's address must be in Morocco. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Customizable product.

All bundled promotion items are not eligible for partial cancellations, exchanges or returns. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept the return of an item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that you sent directly without consulting us first. We do not offer a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns will be made at your expense.


Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package. The refund will be made to your wallet or the original payment account as per your request. If the order is delivered free of charge, the shipping costs will be deducted.

Pickup service fees will be deducted from the total refund and shipping costs for auto-send will be at your expense.
